- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I work for an auto finance company. As leinholders, we are required to verify insurance coverage for our clients on a monthly basis. Usually we can do it online, or a simple & quick phone call to the agent's office. I sure hope this office treats their customers better than they treat us. What could have been a quick & polite exchange was in fact Lynn biting my head off & complaining that we are harassing her. Completely rude & uncalled for, especially for something we don't like having to do in the first place.
